1. In Anonymous vs. HBGary, defend why Anonymous’ action would be right from a utilitarian perspective. On the other hand defend why HBGary’s perspective would be right from as consequentialist perspective.

2. While reading Rizal’s Noli Me Tangere in an English translation, you realize that you could write a parody of this novel where you could insert ninjas and samurais and other elements of traditional Filipino folklore into the story. Is this fair use? Use Lessig, Post & Volokh’s 8-point Fair Use Doctrine Test.

3. Rephrase in your own words the Kantian Categorical Imperative: “Act only on that maxim through which you can act at the same time will that it should become a universal law”. Why would copyright infringement be wrong when you apply Kant’s Categorical Imperative.

4. In 2009, two Massachusetts Institute of Technology students Carter Jernigan and Behram Mistree in a project called Gaydar parsed more than 4,000 Facebook profiles of male students and were able to determine to more than 70 percent of statistical accuracy whether  the profile belonged to a gay male. Defend whether Gaydar was right or wrong using Aristotle’s virtue ethics from a Philippine perspective.
