1. Why do you think that CSR budget was likely to be slashed according to Marilou G. Erni (executive director of petron foundation.)

“Because she believes or she thought that this is one way to go about this, which i to integrate CSR into the principal company busies, that's why corporate foundations need to be creative in their management of resource.”

2. What is LCF?

“LCF stands for League of Corporate foundation, they are the membership organization composed of over 70 operating and grant making corporate foundations and corporations practicing corporate social responsibility.” 

3. How does Jollibee Food Corp's CSR arm helps/deal with their involvement in eduction and community?

“Jollibee foundation helps improve th access of observing high school students tom post-secondary education training and employment in courses related to JFC business, leading to eventual employment at JFC and other establishments”

4. How does CSR arm Splash foundation help the different community?

“ Since they are one of this giant-Filipino owned beauty and wellness;they provide comprehensive livelihood courses and skills training in cosmetology via its “ganda mo, hanap buhay ko” program.”

5. What are the Team Energy foundation's doing?

“They do do something close to it's core business-providing electricity to far flug areas in the country-via it's project BEACON (Baragay Electrification assistance for Countryside Development)”

6. How does FIGARO Foundation strengthen the local coffee industry?

“As a foundation they are assisting the community sectors that derive sustenance from coffee farming. And this is through trainings on organic farming methods, assisting indigenous people communities improve their coffee farm and gain access into market etc.”

7. How does MEALCO MILLENIUM Foundation  serve people and community?

“Through their “share-lights” which served the communities by it's principal-electrification of Philippine public schools and depressed communities.” 

8. How does LUCPB-CIIF uplifts the quality of life of people specially farmers?

“UCPB-CIIF implements programs aimed at uplifting quality of life of small coconut farmers and enhance the development of the coconut industry as a whole and this is through training that is about organic farming techniques.” 

9. Why does LCF encourages it's other member to implement similar and more programs and continue founding CSR.

“Because they want the CSR community to continue serving the under privileged sectors, particularly those in the countryside”

10. Why is it said to be that CSR efforts are needed more than ever?

“Because this is the times of crisis and difficulties.”
