How to put a Philippines by-nc-sa (Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike) 3.0 Philippines License

1. Go to the Creative Commons page (http://www.creativecommons.org) page and click "License"

2. Choose "No" for Non-Commercial use, "Yes, as long as others share alike" and type in the name of your reader, your name and your ITETHIC Pbworks link (or your own site/blog)

3. Choose which icon you want - you can choose the icon on the left:

4. Or you can choose the icon on the right:

5. If you want the "Some Righs Reserved" icon (like the one on the itethic.pbworks Front Page) - you need copy the HTML embed code

6. Go to Pastie (http://pastie.org) and paste the HTML embed code

7. While in Pastie, edit the .png link to the "Some Rights Reserved" .png

8. Test your HTML embed code by opening a new or an existing wiki page

9. You ahould have something like this on your page (the images below the screenshot is the ACTUAL attributions that you can screenshot and cut-and-paste!
