  1. 1.       In your own words, explain Kohlberg’s Theory of Moral Development
  2. 2.       Based on James White’s Contemporary Moral Problems, pick six ethical theories and match them with the six stages of Kohlberg’s Theory of Moral Development. Cite an example for each one.
  3. 3.       Pick two ethical theories and compare how Edward Snowden’s action can be ethical or non-ethical based on those theories.
  4. 4.       Describe the mechanism for whistle-blowing as discussed in class. What are the situations that need to happen so that you are permitted to whistle-blow? What are the added situations needed so that are morally obligated to whistle-blow? Construct a hypothetical scenario that you need to whistle-blow.
  5. 5.       BONUS: What is the difference between what is moral and what is ethical?
