"Streaming Anywhere"

First Impression

I think this article is about how video streaming should be properly used by the society.

Quote

"With all the available accessibility for people to stream video on demand, what are the implications for digital ethics?”

Reflection Proper

With our generation today, everything is almost made easy. Text or call someone in just a second, check infos about things and take pictures or videos of everything you see anywhere. And also watch movie series, cartoons, and Live Shows anywhere you are because you have the power to do so. But there are some that is not free to watch, like the fight of Maywheather and Paquiao. When it comes to live streaming, people should pay first before they can watch it. Its really unfair for other channels or apps if a certain channel is streaming the show to everyone for free while the other channels needs to be paid first before they can watch it. This kind of things should be penalized for not following the right way of streaming shows to the world. Well of course the police would not be able to find the main source of this websites because it is covered of  layers of link. Also taking videos of incidents or tradgedies and then post it online is too much. You are allowed to record it but at least not include the deaths of the victims in the tradgedies. Not all people can handle such thing, and there will be unsuitable viewers.

5 Things That I've learned

  1.  Streaming contents that are viewed by a significant number besides family and friends is is also a copy right violation.
  2. The only thing in taking videos of tragedies is that viewers will witness the deaths of other people. And because we all have access to the internet, relatives or families of those who died in the inccident might see their deaths.
  3. There are some Sites that host videos streaming that creates layers of links to hide their identity to the FBI
  4. Half percent of the videos are viewed because 2 billion people are using smartphone devices.
  5. Pseudo-streaming or downloading partial files is illegal.

5 Integrative Questions

  1. How can sites that host videos hide from the FBI?
  2. What could possibly happen when video sharing does exist when the time of 9/11?
  3. Why don’t the FBI suspend the apps that illegally stream videos for free?
  4. Why Didn’t the other channels sue the policy breakers apps?
  5. How will the society be like if we reached 2018?
